Entering Watson Lake
Staying at "The Downtown RV Park"
Everyone should visit Sign Post Forest
Signs everywhere
Watson Lake is the "Gateway to the Yukon" and the main economy is service to oil operations and tourism. There is one car wash in town with 2 bays and one was out-of-order so the truck moves on dirty. One grocery store with friendly folks and we stayed in the only campground in town. It was a lively place with a caravan coming in with 14 coaches. Big decision....we are not old enough to participate in a caravan....
And the Captain doesn't want to be a Caravan Leader
I think the captain would look good in that Caravan Leader uniform! ha
