Destruction Bay to Whitehorse

Destruction Bay is located on Kluane Lake which is 154 square miles.  Population 50  The last time we were here it was raining and cold......this time it is windy and cold....but no road construction....

We follow the Kluane Range toward Haines Jct

Kluane National Park was established in 1976.  The park connects with Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and the area is the largest internationally protected area in the world.  
The Kluane National Park Icefield Ranges are Canada's highest and the world's largest nonpolar alpine icefields....And the only way you see them is to backpack into the wilderness....

Whitehorse is the capital of the Yukon Territory

We will be in Whitehorse 2 days.....First on the list is to wash the coach and truck so we can see out of the windows.....Staying at Pioneer RV Park.  And we will have a clean windshield
